1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to sequoia-dash. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, services, and educational programmes. By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Services" refers to our educational courses, website content, and related resources
  • "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, materials, and information provided through our services

3. Educational Services

3.1 Nature of Services

We provide educational courses and materials focused on financial management and literacy. Our services are designed for general educational purposes and are not intended as personalised financial advice.

3.2 Not Financial Advice

The information and education provided through our courses do not constitute professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are an educational institution, not a regulated financial advisory service. You should consult qualified professionals before making significant financial decisions.

3.3 No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from applying course concepts. Individual financial circumstances vary, and results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

4. Course Enrolment and Fees

4.1 Enrolment Process

To enrol in a course, you must complete our enrolment form and provide accurate information. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment or cancel registrations at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Terms

Course fees are stated in British pounds (GBP) and must be paid in full before the course start date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy below.

4.3 Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided once the course has commenced.

4.4 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule to a different course date, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled start date. One free reschedule is permitted per enrolment, subject to availability.

5. Student Responsibilities

5.1 Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions and participate actively in course activities. While we provide recordings and materials for missed sessions, regular attendance is strongly encouraged for optimal learning outcomes.

5.2 Conduct

Students must conduct themselves respectfully towards instructors and fellow students. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

5.3 Age Requirements

Courses designed for children must have parental or guardian consent. Adults enrolling students under 18 are responsible for ensuring the student's participation and conduct.
